Information we collect

• Photos, images, videos, captions, notes, instructions, and other content you choose to submit.
• SMS and MMS details such as the sending and receiving phone numbers, message text, attached media, timestamps, delivery or processing status, and opt-in, opt-out, or help-request records.
• Basic technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, referral source, and website interaction data.

Photos, submitted content, and AI processing

Photos and notes submitted through the customer SMS/MMS program are used to understand and support your lighting project. Customer texts and photos are not automatically used to generate, schedule, or publish social-media posts.

When you separately request a design preview or content-creation feature, automated systems and AI services may process the photos, text, or notes you submit for that feature. Processing may include organizing project photos, preparing a design preview, or drafting requested content for review. These separate features are not enrollment in the customer SMS/MMS program.

Please do not submit content you are not authorized to share or sensitive information unnecessary for your request.

How we use information

We may use collected information to:

• Respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule work, and provide requested services.
• Receive, process, store, and respond to SMS/MMS submissions.
• Provide separately requested design previews or content-creation features; customer SMS/MMS submissions are not automatically published as social-media content.
• Authenticate authorized users and protect the service from fraud, misuse, or security threats.
• Troubleshoot errors, maintain records, measure website performance, and improve the service.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell or rent personal information submitted through our website or messaging service.

Service providers and disclosures

We may share information with vendors that help us operate the website and service, including providers of messaging, hosting, cloud storage, security, analytics, AI processing, and social-media scheduling or publishing tools. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction where permitted by law.

Our messaging channel uses Twilio to transmit SMS/MMS communications. Our live website uses Google Analytics as described below. Other processors are used only as needed to deliver the requested service.

Cookies and analytics

Our live website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and website interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and collect device, browser, IP address, and usage information. You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ based on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we may delete or de-identify it where appropriate.

Your choices and privacy rights
