About the program
The Light Guys SMS/MMS content assistant is a business automation service for authorized The Light Guys users. It receives project photos and notes, securely stores submissions, may use AI to prepare social-media drafts, requests approval, and provides processing or scheduling updates. It is not a third-party marketing list.
How to opt in
The program uses one opt-in method:
- Review the disclosures on this page, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
- From the mobile number you want enrolled, text the exact keyword START to (661) 535-1025.
- The system sends an automated confirmation identifying The Light Guys, describing the program, and explaining how to use HELP or STOP.
Sending START is the user’s affirmative consent to receive the messages described on this page at that mobile number. The Light Guys does not use a preselected website checkbox, purchased list, paper form, or verbal opt-in for this program.
Messages you may receive
Messages relate only to the user’s interaction with the content assistant and may include:
- Opt-in confirmations and help responses.
- Confirmations that submitted text, photos, or video were received or stored.
- AI-generated captions, selected-photo previews, and revision requests.
- Approval requests, processing updates, scheduling confirmations, and status messages.
Messaging disclosures
- Message frequency varies based on user activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation and then no further automated messages unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Phone numbers, message data, and submitted media may be provided to service providers only as necessary to operate the messaging and content-automation service. See our SMS/MMS Privacy Policy for details.
